These videos are perfect when you are short of time, or if you don’t have the energy for a longer workout. I sometimes put two back to back to create a full workout or often add them to the end of a walk, run or ride. Make them your own by making the intervals longer or hitting the pause button to repeat the exercise. You can also repeat the workout, oh yes, you can!

My workouts are suitable for most levels of fitness, unless specified, they have an element of cardio to give you a total strength/cardio experience. I provide options to increase difficulty and modifications for a low impact throughout to ensure your workout is suitable for the body you woke up with today.

This workout needs no equipment, you can do it in as little as 15 minutes because you decide the length of the interval or number of repetitions. 60 seconds on 15 second rest or, alternatively, count for 10, 12 or 15 repetitions before taking a short rest before moving on to the next exercise
Complete all exercises, take a 2-minute rest and repeat or go for a run/walk
