All classes are held outside, you have as much space as you want and need, mask wearing is optional.

Summer Reset 2021
Rose all day? Rose? No way!
Every year I hold a 6 day Summer Reset in September, think of it as a mini version of the 12 day BootyCamp held in June. Exercise classes every day, power walks at night, food plans, and a ton of fun.
The Reset is such a great way to get back into a routine, to cut back on the rose wine and summer cocktails, dial in on your healthy eating habits, and subsequently ditch some summer bloat.

I know how you feel, and I also know how you don’t want to feel, let’s face it, you’re like me. You want to feel healthy from the inside out, to wake up bright and early after a good nights sleep, feel less bloated and to feel happier in your jeans, the list goes on…
. 6 days to focus on you, you’re welcome to go as hard core as you like.
. There are classes to chose from every day – come every day if you can
. Classes are at 6, 7 8 and 9 every day, except Saturday at 8 & 9 (subject to sign up numbers)
. Power walks on Monday, Wednesday and Friday night @ 5.30 or 6
. A choice of food plans to follow (or not), you do you, you know what works and what doesn’t.
Cutting carbs not for you? Don’t do it.
Detox not for you? Don’t do it.
Cutting out sugar, process food and alcohol for you? YES!!! DO IT!
Think about it, it’s only for 6 days.

20 years ago, I ditched my corporate job to follow my passion for all things health and fitness, I became a globally certified Personal Trainer, and Sports Massage Therapist. It truly is one of the best things I have ever done and can be described as a passion project with dividends.
I LOVE my job and it shows, I take time and make every effort to give you the best class experience, no two workouts are the same, so you are continuously challenged. As you become fitter and stronger your workout matches your abilities and goals.
I am a pro at designing fun, creative and varied workouts that can be adapted to all levels in all classes using up to date methods and equipment.

Personal training is exactly that, personal. I work with you to create the workouts based on your goals and time available.
Many of my clients work with me just once or twice a month and use me as an accountability partner while they use the plans to work out on their own and others connect via Zoom while I demonstrate the move, check your form while you do it and of course, shout words of encouragement your way.

Zoe does an amazing job of interweaving friendly motivation with kick-your-butt workouts. She encourages you to push your limits and challenge yourself, with humor and pep. Zoe always puts health and well-being first and will adjust workouts to account for aches/pains or injuries.
Participants build both muscles and friendships in her classes. Zoe’s classes are the highlights of my week!
I had the pleasure of working with Zoë through Life Coaching. It was incredible to finally speak to someone who truly heard me and understood the challenges I was facing.
