I help women design and create a perfectly imperfect life so they can live free from self judgement, doubt, loathe and criticism.
Being healthy is not about the number on the scales, what you weigh, the long-term restricted meal plan, diets or detoxes, it’s also not about a life of dietary deprivation, and exercise overload.
Being healthy comes from within and it starts with happiness. Sounds crazy, right?
If you aren’t happy with YOU, if you don’t love yourself, love who you are, what you stand for, and if you aren’t your biggest cheerleader it won’t matter what you look like, or how much you weigh, you won’t be happy.
We were not born to be perfect, there is no such thing. In a social media world where people are seen to have the ‘perfect’ bodies, lifestyles, houses, jobs, multi six-figure salaries or businesses etc. it can be hard to ignore the images and messaging hitting us from every angle, and let’s face it, how many of the messages actually make us feel good? These people aren’t perfect and yet we can fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to them, but instead of making us feel better, it makes us feel worse.
The 80/20 rule
I work with you as you are today, and we don’t start with a diet, because it’s not about the number on the scale.
We look at why you came to me, how you feel and why. We look at your lifestyle, eating and exercise habits and your thought processes associated with them. We look at ways to optimize your health via a lifestyle that is both practical and aspirational.
Together we create a healthy life plan which you live by 80% of the time. If you eat, sleep, exercise and generally live a healthy, nutritious life you will flourish on the 80/20 rule.
The other 20%? We don’t need to worry about that, the other 20% looks after itself, it’s our wiggle room, it’s the beer and nachos after a long work week, or the pancake brunch on a Sunday, it’s the skipped workout because we worked late or had a girls night out. We love the 20%!

I had the pleasure of working with Zoë through Life Coaching. It was incredible to finally speak to someone who truly heard me and understood the challenges I was facing.
